BENGHAZI REPORT IS A LOAD OF CRAP

BENGHAZI: LET US NOT FORGET
Well Folks, We have confirmation that a lack of proactive leadership and management ability is not duty or requirement for any individual to be employed by the U.S. government.

The Accountability Review Board (ARB) Report stated, "The Board found that certain senior State Department officials within two bureaus demonstrated a lack of proactive leadership and management ability in their responses to security concerns posed by Special Mission Benghazi, given the deteriorating threat environment and the lack of reliable host government protection. However, the Board did not find reasonable cause to determine that any individual U.S. government employee breached his or her duty."

WAIT ONE DAMN MINUTE! ( Re-reading the excerpt above) Folks, am I reading this correctly?  Are they blaming Ambassador Stevens for his own death and 3 other Americans?

The ARB report also says, "Systemic failures and leadership and management deficiencies at senior levels within two bureaus of the State Department resulted in a Special Mission security posture that was inadequate for Benghazi and grossly inadequate to deal with the attack that took place. Through the course of its inquiry, the Board interviewed over 100 individuals, reviewed thousands of pages of documents, and viewed hours of video footage."

Was not Ambassador Steven's position that of a senior level official?

As I read the 39 page white wash on the Benghazi attack I noticed that in this unclassified report the only State Department names mentioned were those that were murdered.

Are we to infer from this that the supposedly independent ARB is indeed connecting the declaration it made throughout its report of  multiple failures in leadership, management ability, allocation of security resources and communication to Ambassador Stevens.

A breakdown in communication between Libya and Washington. Hummmm...Calls for help met with denials?!? We have proof.

The report confirmed testimony given to investigative committees that personnel in Libya did ask for increased security, but those working at the embassy in Tripoli "did not demonstrate strong and sustained advocacy" to increase security in Benghazi. The ARB document also states the diplomatic security staff in Benghazi was "inadequate, despite repeated requests."

IF REPEATED REQUESTS ARE NOT CONSIDERED "STRONG AND SUSTAINED ADVOCACY," WHAT THE HELL IS?!?

The ARB's conclusion is as follows, "The Board did not find that any individual U.S. Government employee engaged in misconduct or willfully ignored his or her responsibilities, and, therefore did not find reasonable cause to believe that an individual breached his or her duty so as to be the subject of a recommendation for disciplinary action."

The board could not find reasonable cause to discipline one person in the State Department.

FOUR DEAD AMERICANS IS NOT REASONABLE CAUSE?!?

The ARB also made sure to clear anyone in the State Department from being accused of being derelict of their duty by stating, "On the basis of its comprehensive review of this information, the Board remains fully convinced that responsibility for the tragic loss of life, injuries, and damage to U.S. facilities and property rests solely and completely with the terrorists who perpetrated the attack."
